BUYING
Inquiry only. Find a knife, dream about it, drool over it, imagine owning it — then contact me. If a knife is listed as available, it's finished and ready to ship. The only exception: someone beat you to it and I haven't updated the site yet. If that happens, I'm sorry — I'm one guy, and the knife work takes priority over updating the website.

CUSTOMIZATION
Want to send me your knife to have it modified? I do it all the time. Contact me first and we'll talk options and cost. It's simple: you ship me the knife, and you pay for the work when it's done — unless the job calls for particularly expensive or unusual materials, in which case I may ask for a deposit or have you ship the materials to me directly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
When will it be done? It's done when it's done. I'll give you my best estimate for a completion date, but that's an estimate, not a promise. This isn't a full-time operation — it's a passion that I do at night after my workday is done. If you're the type who likes to call or email for status updates on a loop, order from someone else. I don't have a customer service department. Patience is a virtue, and I just don't have enogh time for idle chit-chat.

YOUTUBE VIDEOS
Yes, I post videos of my work on YouTube fairly often. Do I film every knife? No — I don't have the time. If you're buying a knife mainly hoping it'll get its own video, you might be disappointed.

PAYMENT
Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or money order. No credit cards, no checks.

SHIPPING
Included in the price for domestic sales. Insurance isn't — if you want it, that's an added cost. And I won't ship a knife anywhere I know it's illegal to own. Know your local laws.

HOLDS & DEPOSITS
I'm not a fan of deposits, but if you insist: 10% holds a knife for ten days. If you haven't paid the balance by then, I have the right to keep the deposit and sell the knife to someone else. Deposits are non-refundable. Bottom line — if you can't afford it, don't buy it.

THE LAW
Knife laws vary by state, county, and sometimes city. Knowing yours is your responsibility — before you buy. If I know there's a problem where you live, I'll tell you, but the responsibility is ultimately yours.
