Where is my knife?
Tracking
The shipping cost is included in the price within the United States. Once your knife leaves my shop, you'll get a tracking number by email. Here's what the scans mean, and when to reach out.
In Transit
Your knife is moving through the carrier network. These scans can repeat across days and facilities — that's normal. Nothing needed from you.
Out for Delivery
On the truck, arriving today. If it hasn't shown up within 24 hours of this scan, contact me and I'll open a trace with the carrier.
Delivered — but nothing on the porch?
Carriers sometimes tuck packages out of sight. Check side doors, behind planters, with anyone else at the address, and again later that day — scans occasionally run ahead of the drop. If it's been 24 hours and it's still missing, reach out and we'll track it down together.
Address problem / returned to sender
If the carrier flags a bad or incomplete address, the knife comes back to me. I'll confirm the details with you and reship — no reshipping charge from my end.
Questions on anything else
I handle shipping personally. If a status doesn't make sense or something feels off, contact me directly rather than sitting on it.
